One third of Mexicans said that they would move to the U.S.A. if they could. Some Mexicans said that they thought their life here in our country was worse than theirs in Mexico. “Many Mexicans want to migrate here even though they are well informed about the hardships they could face and are expecting conditions at home to improve.” Some Mexicans tried to hop the border illegally, but got sent back home because they got caught.  About 4 in 10 mexicans either have relatives or friends that live in the United States, therefor they have connections to the U.S.  In Mexico, it looks like the net migration rate would be a negative number because most of the mexicans are imigrating into the U.S.
